I would like to explain what ICICI bank doing.

I had apply for Home loan at Konndhwa Branch, Vishal from ICICI following for the home loan process.

I have given all the documents what they required for home loan.

Process Fee Paid details.

The Home Loan was section from ICICI Bank branch by credit manager( Ms Kanchan Sing) was Rs 1610000.00 on main two condition :-

1st I have to submit existing ICICI home loan closure letter before disbursement.
2nd I have to Submit existing HSBC PL closure letter or proof of balance month of maturity.

For the same I spoken to Kanchan that is it possible that we keep both Home loan. She said no, You have to close existing HL or reduce New Home Loan Amount Rs 1230000.00 .
I started to arrange Amount to close existing HL. I surrender my ICICI Pro policy. I was not able to close my Exsiting ICICI Home Loan.

On 30th evening I inform to Mr. Lalit(Disburst department ), that I am not able to close my existing HL so please hold my HL process.
On 31st Mar-2011 I had to do the payment to whom i and purchaing. I was not able to close my exiting ICICI HL and ICICI bank not ready to disburst my senction Amount.


Next day he lalit call me and said OK. He also told me that I can wait for you till next week , if you can arrange then inform me. He also told that take personal Loan.

On 7th April2011 I ask Vishal to return my cheque and Documents which I had submitted. He told me that you will get cheque but not sure about document and process fee is not refundable.
I also inform him the issue why I am not able to close, Due to some personal issue related to my family ( hospital ).

On 19th April2011 Vishal call me and asking to pay interest charges of for 1st April.
I ask him for what? He told me that your Home loan has got disbursed. On Same day I spoken to Mr Shailesh Deshpande of ICICI manager. He told me that he will call me back. he didnt call me, I was so busy in hospital issue and I was not able to follow up for the documents.

One side Bank saying you have to close Existing HL, other side my HL get disburse and I am not updated ny bank.
To whom Bank had disburst and how its get disbursed when i am not able to full fill bank condition.

Today I come to know when I got SMS from my bank that HL installment is debited from my account.

How it get disburse when I ask Lalit not to process on 30th Mar2011 ?

How this get disburse when I am not able to close my existing ICICI HL ?

How My EMI start when I have not taken loan amount ?

I would like to inform you about my financial Problem. My mother has to be operated of Spinal cord next week and for the same I am arrange money(Rs 1.5Lc) and I have to submit 4days before of operation. I dont have too much time. They are not responding on my mail.

Please look into the my issue.Please help me to get my money back
