Submit Complaint..I have also same complain against HDFC as Mr Kapil. I have taken Housing Loan of Rs.1090800 in 2006 at interest rate 8.25%.
To day HDFC charging 13%.
I do not have any idea why thay are charging so high rate.

HDFC charging 13 % rate of interest on home loan Dear Sir/Madam
i am kapil kumar goyal from yamunanagar, i took a housing loan of 2.94 Lacs, at an interestrate of 8% initially. with the passage of time HDFC raised its interest rate to 13 %, which is not at all comparable with existing home loan rate of interests.

please help me to get the interest rate corrected .
