I have a home loan account with Axis Bank - A/C No: 245010601397985
In June 2010, I had given a request to move the EMI cheques to my savings account with Axis bank.
As part of the procedure I had given Axis Bank cheque to the Bank. However, in July 2010, the EMI did not get deducted on time and a Bank executive had come to collect one more cheque for EMI.
The Bank produced both the cheques in the same month. First one got cleared and the second one got bounced because of insufficient fund. The Bank has debited cheque return charges.
I have already reported this twice to the customer care. I also spoke to someone called Prem regarding this. However, no correction has been made.
Again in February 2011, they have taken the EMI twice(this time i have enough fund in my bank). Then later one EMI credited back to my account. I doubt in future also they will do the same. This is the worst bank i have ever dealt with.
