Ref : Requisition to Display the correct and Updated CIBIL data

Sir,
I, B.N.Soans OMH : Mr.Sunil Babu Jayaram
Date of birth: 25.12.1976
Pancard: AKAPB9684K
by state the following facts.

1. Mr. Sunil Babu J has cleared all his loans and liabilities at
all the lending banks.
2. Mr. Sunil BabuJ had cleared the same in full and few in form of
and the same has been updated at and by the lending bankers.
3. CIBIL being a mirror or as a credit information provider has not updated the same.

This action has unlawfully created loss in the form of Opportunity loss to Mr.Sunil Babu J.
To the tune of Rs.20,00,000 FROM LAST 3 YEARS Due to wrongfull display of Public
document which CIBIL is liable. The claim is further substantiated by a valid Audit report.

It is understood by us that CIBIL is quick to update automated information provided to
yourselves by your member banks. However the same promptness should also apply
to CIBIL and also the same credit lending banks to update information of settlements
and the client should be given clearance of all liabilities , clearing way for the client
to avail fresh loans and credits to build him/her in their future activities.

In the instance of Mr. Sunil Babu Jherin the client of the bank has cleared all his
liabilities with the banks and the same has not been updated at CIBIL.
This delay in updates has left Sunil Babu J displayed under settled payments.w/o.
and has blocked any future lending from banks which has amounted in causing huge
opportunity loss to the client.

In such an event CIBIL cant be omitted out from bearing liability for such wrongfull
display of public document.
Under Cyber Law : any display by any website owner cannot be displayed in a onesided
baised manner.
Till date CIBIL has been displaying information given by their member banks : mostly
classified to be as Private banks and credit card lenders on automated grounds without
verifying whether the display has been truthfull.
Such displays are questionable and has caused damage to a prospective banking client.
In addition : by hosting a disclaimer :CIBIL cannot escape the liability, opportunity loss and
damage caused to the indian banking consumer .
There are instances wherin the consumer or the banks client has paid the entire liability
and still CIBIL hasnt updated the information. On questioning the offices of CIBIL on phone
or email mostly the clients dont get an apporpriate or clear response. Many clients ask
for CIBIL report and CIBIL charges Rs.142 and sends report after 3 weeks. In such an event
who is responsible for the opportunity loss caused to the indian banking consumer from such
baised one sided displays of CIBIL.
Also in recent days :CIBIL has become a blackmailing medium for many of the cibil member
banks to use CIBIL TO EXTRACT unlawfull amounts from clients , scaring them if they dont
pay up they will display their name in CIBIL.
Many updates by banks are a result of consumers not budging OR relevnting to such unlawfull
demands-threats.
Thus it is prayed to the director of CIBIL to correct wrongfull displays failing which such displays
are a cyber crime :under wrongfull display of public document and in addition also
amounts to ECONOMIC OFFENCES.

In view of these developments it is called upon your good offices to
update the information of CREDIT INFORMATION of Mr.Sunil Kumar
at the earliest so as to stop damages and opportunity loss to the individual.

Regards,
DR.B.N.Soans
