My matter has been resolved now by above mentioned LICHFL,Vashi individuals(employees) mentioned above.
They helped me out to resolved the issue.

Please remove this thread from here on urgent basis so that it doesn'e show negative impression of them.

Please don't take negative my above complaint towards any individual mentioned in my above thread.

As i dont have any option to remove or edit post or thread put by me so please remove this thread.

I am 'Selbin Thomas' applied for LIC home loan through HUB Loans Pune on June 28th and I got my sanction letter by mid July. File no: 127897. After that they told me my disbursment will be done in 12 -15 days. But now August has finished still my loan has not been disbursed. All required document are with them so there is no issued of documentation. I met LICHFL manager and staff they are giving me a reason from past 1 week saying no title report recied from back office/main office. I believe they are not following up as its a government organisation no one to ask them.
I want to raise a case in consumer forum and court for LIC to remove there Fair practise code, any word saying disbursment in 3 days with all documents and want compensation for harrasing me for such delay as builder is demanding interest for dealy. I was planning to shift to my new home by August end but due to bad service of LIC my all dreams has shattered. Please helpe me to raise this complaint to consumer court so that afterwards no government organisation will never try to harrase their consumer.

I have submitted documents on 26 Apr 09 to Mr. Vinod Puruswani for transfer my home loan from Axis Bank to LIC Home Loan. The formalities of call, home visit, interview at LIC are done, but I have never ever got my Loan Application number, Sanction letter. Cheque submitted to LIC is cleared in bank and even after 7 months, I still not received application number and sanction letter.

There were numerous phone calls and SMS sent to Mr. Vinod Purusvani. One day he asked me to talk to his Boss Mr. Sunil Yadav. Again I started discussion with Mr. Sunil Yadav on Phone several times, but not got any result. Both have kept me hanging and not given any result.

I am not sure LIC is aware of this or not, but I have really disappointed in these 7 months as the period as benefit of less interest rate offered by LIC is been received to me due to these bad people. Even I lost my Rs. 6618 from 17 Jul 09. Now, I am fed up of calling them, sending SMS and email, but not getting result. I don't have contact of any LIC personnel.

Can anybody suggest me what action should be taken, unfortunatly due to my job conditions, I was not able to visit personally at Vashi Office of LIC.
