Hi,,

I had applied home loan at DHFL (DIWAN HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED ) baroda ,(gujarat)having head office in mumbai., after necessory procedure They had collected 15000/- as a procedure fees and i was informed that the loan has been approved and given a zerox copy cheque for Rs 500,000/- . then me and my builder had finished the procedure of SALE DEED on the basis of zerox copy of the said cheque with loan bank name ,cheque no and amount Rs. 500,000/-. .

I was worry less about the loan but suddenly the branch manager called me to inform that " your loan has been cancled " when i kept asking them they asked me for 15000/- bribe to hand over the original cheque otherwise cheque will not be issued to me.

I complaint at head office and tried many times but nothing happened. ultimately i was force to make amends in my already made SALE DEED with mode of payments..... now i have lost my 15000/- and did not get a single peny of loan from the fruad DIWAN HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED..

Pls guide me how can i have my money back.
