Even we are facing the same problem from Deutsche bank. My loan number is "Hyb/030259 app id 205697"
Since last three years i have not any mail from the bank, from the day i have taken my loan.
Interest Rate is increased very much as mentioned by Ankur Gupta.

Could any one, help us in this regards.

My Principal amount has come down from 2269.78 INR (Aug’10) to 906.84 INR (April’11), this is totally unprofessional and completely not acceptable to me, I would like to see on what basis they revise the Interest rate and without informing customer. My point is at the end customer has to pay the money to Bank and banks are not involving even not bother about informing customers in such a critical decisions.Why cant they share the reasons with documentation proof for these type of Interest Rates hikes.
