I have availed an ICICI home loan in 2005, the rate of interest when the loan started was 9.25% and slowly and steadily the rate of interest was increased to 12.25%. While all the new loans are sanctioned at 9 to 9.5%.... the benefit is not extended to the existing customers who have been paying thru their nose for the interest to the bank. Its been 4 years that the bank has been fleecing me in the name of interest.... Can some one pls help.....

They wouldn't let you transfer your loan in the mane of fore closure charges. Need help from this blood sucking bank....
