Unhappy GE Money - not lowering the interest rates

    Dear Sirs,

I have a home loan with GE Money.

As you know that these days almost every bank/financial institution is lowering their interest rates.

But GE Money is not doing so. It almost 8 months now, they have not dropped their interest rates. I heard that some customers of GE Money are paying at the rate of 17%.

I have checked with GE money no. of times about the rate cut, but they say that they dont have any instructions from the Higher Authorities.

Please look into this matter and its not only for me, but for all the customers of GE-Money, who might be suffering due to no rate cut from GE Money.

    thanks and regards,
    Rohit

Post greived by GE Money home loan

GEmoney is not helping people of India to come up with homes, but instead burdening Indians under the pressure of loan. Once a customer is trapped they go on increasing rate of interst. The house will never cost that much as their loan amount.
The whole world reduced rate on interest , but they did not for existing customers since they can do anything with their prey now. however for new customer they are giving at very low rates like 8%.
I request greived people to come up and form a forum to fight against the injustice done to citizens of India.
Gemoney has made my life hell.

    Default Unethical banking

I have a loan with GEMoney too. They do not bring down the interest rate on par with market. They do charge different interest rate to different people. One of my fried is paying ~9.15%, I am paying ~10.5%. Most banks are charging around 9%. On top of this they are charging pre-payment penalty if you want to shift to a bank!

So once you take loan, you are cornered & drained off your money!

    Wink GE money home loan

Its nice that sufferers have voiced their concern here. IT is fact that these GEmoney people suck the loan takers.
I have been paying EMIs regularly. But since I have given ECS, these people simply raised the EMI amount without my knowledge. My bank was not having this much funds, got returned, and these people charged me for return of ECS besides the bank.

I like one of the guest saying that we should get together. please reply to me at bunnatan@gmail.com

with an agenda of propagating the dangers of ge home loan to prospective customers
    taking legal and statutory recourse
    lodging complaint to regulators
