My name is Rohit Singh and i had applied for a home loan from IDBI bank for purchase of a flat at Orchid Ozone, Dahisar, a Project by DB Realty in May 2010 with my wife Divya Desai as the co-applicant and i was approved for the loan.My loan agents name is Shekhar Khot and his manager is Dixit Thakor from the Worli Branch.He has been gathering documents from us since May and the loan was re-sanctioned in Nov.I received my 1st demand letter from my builder in Nov and till date the bank has not been able to disburse the amount on the pretext of not receiving the required documents.We have submitted our original copy of the sale agreement to the bank and all legal documents are attached in the agreement.We were told by the agent that the amount would be disbursed by Jan 17th however it was not done and he came back saying that the information in the commencement letter and the sale agreement is contradictory,whereas the builder is willing to provide a N.O.C stating that all information provided is correct.The builder has already received cheques from other flat owners who have a loan through IDBI.
