Dear Sir,

I am Karunagaran M(Home loan account no: PH0820100159894), and have taken Home Loan Rs.25 Lakhs from Axis bank on 31 st of Aug 2009, and also have got Home Loan top up sanction letter for another Rs.13.5 Lakhs on November 2010(topup POWER HOME approval no is 3568) and signed on the agreement copies, stamp papers and given post dated cheques to the Axis Bank staff, and they have deducted the Loan processing charge Rs Rs 14891 but so far I did not receive the loan amount DD.

I have been asking them to payback at least the processing fees which they took from me, if they are not in the position to give the top up approved amount Rs.13.5 but they are not doing anything for me.

Kindly do the Needfull to getback the processing fess Rs.14891.
