Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I had taken Home Loan of Rs 2.52 L for duration of 60 months from SBBJ, Udaipur on 23rd Nov 2009 and the account no is 61083527763. At the time of application it was told to me that the rate of interest will be 8% fixed for 60 months (85 Fixed Interest rate for SBBJ EASY HOME LOAN below 5 LAC & not more than 5 Years). It is also mentioned in the sanction letter.

Now after 1 year the rate of interest is increased to 8.5%. On 1st DEC I gave application regarding this in Chetak Circle branch Udaipur along with copy of sanction letter. I was told that a wrong product is linked to your loan (HL MAY FLOATING > 75 L). They sent my application to SBBJ belapur(Computer department) for correction but till now it is not corrected. I am following up continously but no one is telling when it will be corrected. I request you to please ask concerned authority to correct it. Since the product is wrongly selected, it may again increase any time. 2 months higher interest is also added already.
