Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have applied for a Home Loan from IDBI Bank in the month of August by one the DSA (Perfect Wealth Managemnt) because i've booked 2BHK flat in Gaursons sector - 4,Greater Noida ,Uttar Prades. i had payment 10 % at the time of booking for the rest of amount i need loan. so i've applied for home loan from IDBI Bank through DSA , this DSA refferd by builder .

Now problem is that loan schenction has got delayed from Bank when i asked reason why my loan is delayed they told me we have lots of file to process thats by loan got delayed but now builder demanding for late payment charge approx 103000.00 INR
before this i've wrote many mails or calls to builder for my loan is getting delayed due to bank processing but at that time i didn't get any response but now buider is demanding late payment.

I've already spoken to builder this not my problem this is your DSA or Bank problem because thers bank and DSA recommended by you but still he demanding for latepayment charge or forcing to change plan this already 5-6 lakhs costly payment plan from existing plan.

they are totally cheating and harassing with me. Due this false commitment I’m totally disappointed, I’m not able to think anything apart from this and builder also demanding for late payment charge but why shoul I pay late payment to builder.

so kindly suggest me why should i do so that no need to pay payment charge.
