Dear Sir/Madam,

Am Basavaraj working in bangalore one small firm, I have recently applied Home Loan in ICICI Bank thru one of the ICICI direct agent Shrutika contact no :+91 9538912096

Before submitting the document for applying i have clarified all me doubts and she has told me if i cancel the loan in between before actual Loan Disbursement my processing fees will be reverted back or not like?, She said Yes.
So i went ahead and applied for home loan, they took lot of time to sanction the loan. Meanwhile i had applied loan in HDFC Bank and i have got loan disbursement as well.

Now i have to cancel loan process in ICICI Bank, bit Shritika and his collegue Pritim Das(Home Loan Executive, Kormangala , Bangaore) saying Processing fees will not be reverted.

I Got shocked without taking not even 1 Rupees from Bank how they will charge me 11,130/- rupess from me. This is totally insane,
If Bank agents would have told me clearly that Processing fees will not be reverted in case i cancel the loan, i wouldnt have applied at all. Then why ICICI Executive giving false statements to People and making them to apply and eating money?

This is totally fraud done by ICICI Bank, or Bank should come to their Image is spoiling by keeping sucj assitants,

I have been very faithful customer to ICICI Bank, i am using ICICI Credit card since 3 years, now i have lost faith in this bank, how they will server customers and do business.

Please help me in this situation this should not happen to any other Ordinary person, Just to tell how much amount of loan i can get they charging 11,130/- rupees is totally wrong.
Court should do some rules to avoid it.
