i have home loan in icici bank.
why this much of different rates it have in icici bank for old Vs new customer.

And they increased rates asap for old customers when RBI sys but why not for new?

if old customers not happy then how the new customers will come to take loans?

why we should pay extra amount (0.5) for converting loan intrest rates?
