My Home Loan Number is : LBHYD00001537103
Number of Months : 240 increased to 477
Laon Amount : 30Laks
Availed : June 2007 at a rate of 11%.

I have availed the loan of 30lacs from ICICI home loan at 11% and started paying the installment from Sep 2007 onwards , But suddenly they have incresed the interest by 0.5 % from next month with out any notice , and gradually increse it now to 15%.

Also they have increased the tenure from 240 months to 477 Months , if i call them they are not expalining properly , as per them we will have to pay the loan through out the life.We have taken a loan for 20years now they have increased to 40years in this way if I go ahead i will never finish my loan at all with ICICI

Also it is noticed that when ever the government increase the ROI , they increase on the same day/month, and if the govt decrease the ROI , they 2 to 3 months to reduce it.

Kindly help us , we are not clear what is happening. For sure at there tenure i will not be on condition to walk forget about repayment of loan.

They dont even consider the age of the person also when they increase the Tenure, simple they dont wanna coustmer complete there loan in life time.

Also, we have the another problem. We have avalied the loan on June 29th 2007, for the first 2 months i.e July and August will be pre payment of EMI. From sep 2007 actual EMI will start. But ICICI people are asking us to pay full EMI and pre payment EMI both for August month. This is issue is going on since october 2007 and there is no resolution at all. Every month new person willc all from ICICI and we have to always repeat the story and they never bother to see wht we talked in the previous months. Every month new person will call and we have to reapet the story.

Please help us.....
