Hi,
I have applied for Home loan form IDBI home finance(Thane,Mumbai). AS i got sanctioned for loan approval . and for that i paid processing fee 20 thounsand. but now i want to extend my existing loan amount but IDBI home finiance are not ready to extend. Till date i did'nt get ant disbursment from there side so i am eligible for loan extension and as per my salary i will get extension definetly.Now They are telling below resone:
IDBI home finance is merge into the IDBI Bank so we are not able to extend your loan.
Then i spoke with IDBI Bank executive and they told me that till date IDBI home finance is seprate entity and you can extend loan from there.
Now in all this matter why should Customer face the problem,Merger of IDBI bank and IDBi home finance is there internal problem why should i suffer.I have already paid Money to builder and now if i reject property then builder will cut the 20% booking amount. From both side i m in loss.I have paid money to builder as well as to IDBI home finace also.I have told IDBI home finance that if they are not going to extend my loan amount then refund my processing fees.but they are not in position to refund my Processign fee.
Please tell me what i can do .
