Housing loan rs. 6.50 lacs sanctioned on 7.2.02 on prevailing floating rate @ 11.50%.as per rbi and canara bank has reduced it from 11.50 to 8% time to time.in my persanla visit the bank informed that the rate will automatically reduced and not to worry.in as per my calculation the bank has charged rs. 28195/- for the period 01.07.02 to 02.11.04 .resulted further int on this int amount. Till date.
