My home loan EMI was charged 18000 plus for 12.7 lacs at 11.5% for 15 years.... BHW bank took undue advantage of time and pressure from Builder " yash sankul" Pune.

As per other bank rate and comparative analysis it should not go beyond 16600 at max.
