Please do not apply for home loans with ing vysya bank

they take processing fees and will give you sanction lettr too, and when it comes to disbursement they will say they have no funds for the projects and will return your papers if you complain with their customer care.
Then they will not return your processing fees too. Same happened with me.

Please advice me how to sue them so that they do not befool more people in near future.
