Hi

I am hving a home loan from ICICI Bank and my account no is LBBNG00000792104, when i hv taken the loan i was told that the interest rates would be increased and reduced as and when RBI increases and reduces the rates, but when RBI increased the rates ICICI increased the loan rates but when it reduced they hv not reduced it, how can they do like this and cheat customers.

I want my loan statement to be revised since the day RBI has reduced the interest.
