I just wanted to share with you team about my ICICI Home loan mess.

I have filed a consumer case in Bangalore Consumer Court with the help
of Admin for the reason that ICICI did not start my EMI for
morethan 2 years and just collecting pre-emi interest. The case is
on-going as i speak.
Since I fed-up with the bank process, i wanted to transfer the loan to
another bank. Accordingly I cleared all my home loan with ICICI
including pre-closure penalty and asked them to send me documents
within 2 weeks. They even collected some Rs.5K extra saying that check
bouncing charges etc... for which they could not even prove where and
when check bouncing occured. Still i went ahead and cleared all my loan.

After 2 weeks, I sent a email to KV Kamath explaining
about this and requested him to send documents earliest. I received a
email from satyanarayan.iyer@... (Quality manager HO) saying
that they will not clear the documents and settle the case in court. I
know that this would take atleast one more year the way these ICICI
bank lawayers are working.

The case that I filed in the court is for completely different subject
about delay in starting emi which resulted huge loss. but even after
clearing loan with pre-closure penalty these guys are not giving back
documents.

What must I do in this case? Any Suggestion?
