Following are my loan details
Amount = 20 lacs for 20 years
Lender = HDFC Ltd
Date of disbursment = july 2005
Current ROI = 11.5

Since the currrent rate of interest charged by HDFC is high compare to other public sector bank, i have decided to transfer my loan to canara bank.

Last month when i contacted them they said they will charge 2% as processing fees but now they are saying that they have increased this rate to 3% + Taxes

Is there any way i lodge a complaint against them
