Hello sir/ madam
In the month of April 2010, I had applied for the home loan with Hdfc Bank Sahibabad UP. Home loan amount 8, 00,000. was approved on the basis of allotment letter & my salary. But no disbursement was made . My loan was rejected and I was given understanding that flat no was not mentioned on the allotment letter Also they have refunded only half processing fees. it's the bank who's at fault for not reading my Allotment letter properly and should bear the cost. So they should refund the complete processing fees.



Now I am asking them to return my original brochure of GDA. which is in Munirka office. But they are not returning it and saying that it is misplaced. I am very disappointed with the practice that this bank follows .In spite of reminders, no appropriate reply I am getting. I want to contact other banks for loan and brochure would be required. I am not able to understand ,how to get it back

Please help me to get the brochure . balance amount of processing fees.
