I took Home Loan from AXIS Bank, in Jul 2007, and since then i'm paying my EMIs(EMI is 16,165Rs) regularly.But as i don't have any job since Sept 2009, So, I'm unable to pay the EMI regularly, and Some of my PDCs are bounced, and some how i managed to pay the dues.Till Jan 2010, there are 2 EMIs pending, by May 23rd, it is 5 EMIs pending, But i've paid 1 EMI on 31st May.Till date(9th Jun 2010) there are still 4 EMIs pedning, and when i approached the Legal Manager, he is forcing me to clear all the 4 EMIs in a day or 2. But i asked him to give a week of time to clear 2 EMIs and the rest in another week of time.He is not at all listening to me, and kept a deadline tomorrow, if i wont pay by 10th Jun 2010, He is getting ready to issue a Notice for me to Forfclosure of Entire Loan AMount of Outstanding.(which is around 6 Lakh Rupees)..He is not at all listening my request to extend the date. What should i do in this case? Whom do i approach? Where do i complain? If he give notice to me tomorrow, what should i do? Please suggest me as soon as possible. Thanks.
