I have appliied for a home loan for purchasing a flat in dombivali of 12 lakh. i presenly working near nashik so i was processing my loan from nashik IDBI bank. i have submiteed all the documents including financial proofs & property paper including sale agrement to bank. bank at nashik division is completed verification and ready to give sanction letter to me but lawyer of thane branch who only reviewed property papers said that this property coming under grampanchayat of nilje so they cannot finace it hence they regreat me to sanction loan. i received my all document submitted but my processing fees of 6500/- is not refunded to me. Bank loan representative said that they will deduct few inviestigation charges & refund remaining amt to you & they sent proposal of refund to mumbai head branch but still they are daily saying your refund proposal is inprocess when reply is received we will contact you. after 35 days also they are not refunding my fees. i am not getting the good anser /treatment from the bank & nobody is solving the problem.i said them to send the reminder letter to concerned refund sanctioning authority but no one is doing thier task. i am got futigue becuase of huge financial load while paying builders intitial amount & in that this bank is also not helping to refund my hard earned money. please help me to get my money back. Bank loan offer is cancelled due to their loan financing policy problem it is not my fualt. consumer fourm please help me.
