To whom it may concern:

My home loan started in Jan-10. I opted for home assure policy in the aggreement. It has been 5 months and I haven't got my policy papers yet.

I got a paper from ICICI prudential states that the policy against application number CO0297716A has been withdrawn. After investigation I found that DHFL didn't make final payment to ICICI prudential against my home assure policy.

My home loan EMI includes few amount of policy payments as well since the policy amount(some 35000/-) was also included in home loan.

In this regard, I have visited DHFL Tilak Nagar branch so many time. I have sent emails to DHFL authorities. Neither case I got responses. I have a kid and I think this policy is very crucial for me. In any case I need this.

Please suggest me what should I do now. Would consumer court portal be enough or Do I need to lodge a complaint against them in court.
