I, D Pramanick holding a loan agreement I.D: 12401272 from Nov 2007 with Citi bank. I would like to intimate you that due to financial crisis in International Jewellery Industries I have lost my job, because of which I have request The bank to reduce my Monthly Installment for further till I am stable to pay it regularly. As the gov has reduce the interest rate of home loan.

As I am trying my best to sell off my flat to re-pay my loan amount at the earliest but due to property crisis in the market it is becoming difficult to get right price. Therefore, I had requested to bank to bear with me & try to reduce my Monthly installment for my financial issues.


but They are not reducing interest rate as per rbi rules they have to reduce but still they are
charging 13.5 % from me.
Please help me to solve this problem.
