    Unhappy Pending payment from LICHFL for last 6 months

    I took a home loan from LICHFL and suffering from their total disregard for customer-service. I was wrongly charged Rs. 7812/- as interest in October 2009, and since then I had sent several emails to their Area Manager (Connaught Place) and DSA (Kamal Nain), but till now they have not returned the money. In addition they had charged a login fee of Rs. 5618/- twice, saying that the second login-fee will be adjusted, which has not happened to-date (more than a year old case).

    I do not receive any payment schedule, proof of their disbursement to the builder, and hence have to trust their telephonic assurances about the payment.Despite several calls and emails, nothing has moved. They have never replied the email, and have now stopped taking the call.

    Please help in getting the money along-with interest for the duration, and waiver of pre-payment penalty, since since taking this loan, I am wasting my time and effort, and losing mental peace over these issues. I also demand a penalty of Rs. 5 lakhs from LICHFL for the above.

    Default Not activating my ECS due to negligence

    I have an loan account with LIC Housing No. 11044291 & File No. 310172 on Gurgaon branch for which I want to activate ECS. Since I am staying at Noida sec-34 its very difficult to move to gurgaon on working days to pay the cheque every month and which I am doing till now since last 10 months.

    Earlier I have discussion with Mr. Rambabu and courier my ECS form filled by Citi Bank on August. But unfortunately its not activated and I had came on Sep and Oct. Then I meet the lady (Sweety Wadhwa) who is the concern person but since she has some computer problem again asked me to hadover the form with my mobile no. by which she will confirm me when systems will ok but not even a single call I have received after a week.

    After then I wrote Mr. Krishnakant Sharma about the negligence of staffs twice but no response till yet.
