I have received a job offer from a start up company, and am due to join within approx 3 months.
Please advise, if i can be protected by the law on this front. Need to protect my family and property from unhealthy interaction with ICICI collection / recovery staff.

We are not in a position to pay the EMIs due to some family problems. Our family is now split in to two, because of which we have the bear the expenses of two families.

My Husband and I want to handover the property to the Bank from which we have got the home loan.

Please let us know the procedure to follow
