We purchased a new HOME a costing Rs.30,00,000.00 (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Only) on 18.01.2010. We have applied for a home loan from HDFC bank 10 days before the date of purchase. We are waiting for the loan since two months. We are very upset with HDFC bank and their response.
HDFC employees have received all the copies of the documents regarding this such as our income tax documents, land property documents, EC’s etc. We had paid the processing fee on 04.02.2010. The processing fee of Rs.13,788.00 has been collected. We have contacted all HDFC employees regarding this. Their names and designations are given below.
No proper assured response is given. We are totally confused. Please arrange refund our processing fee Rs.13,788/=
