I am having a Home loan account with CANARA BANK PALLAVARAM BRANCH in Chennai, My issue is though I pay my EMIs with out any break on the Installment Date I am being charged with Incorrect Penalties for last two years. The Penalty amount is around 30000 RS by this time. Also its not stopped after I raised my Cocerns to the Manager for more than 5 times.

Kindly explain some more about the penalties charged by the bank.

we having account since 1980, and i am so suffered in paying my money in my account and same as when withdrawal the my money,(they will resent many times without any reason) the cashier department is totally worst service compared to any bank,. customer service is very very poor, one small exp: the security of the bank treat badly and not ready to answer properly too..., simply he speak harshly...... if seeing this kindly change this current situation.
