I took home loan in November 2006 and my Installment is started from Feb 07 onwards. initially the interest rate was 9.25.
I opted for Floating Rate and it look like the Floating rate is applicable to increase the interest rate not to decrease. Currently I am paying 11.75. I would appreciate if you can do something for me on this.
