Dear Sir,

I have a home loan from DHFL at interest rate of 11.25% on floating, my issues is that when all nationalised banks have reduced their interest rate DHFL is still stick to 11.25%. Also When i applied for loan transfer to bank of baroda they had rejected my application by giving reason that a year ago my EMI cheque was bounced back due to insufficient balance.

This was the only reason that they rejected my loan transfer application. Can i take any official action on bank?
