Dear Sir,

I am an existing home loan customer of ICICI Bank. LOAN A/C NO LBMRT00001296460. I have taken Home Loan under Flating Rate way back in may 2006 when the rate was 8% p.a. After that they have been increasing the rate like anything and current it is12%. While they charge 8.25% for the new customers they are charging us still @12% . We have been requesting them to reduce the same by applying the same method i.e. floating rate method they are not listening. Pls help us & reduce our burden.
