Hi,

I am facing a problem in getting the provisional statement for the Home loan [home loan a/c : 30669047117] which I had availed in Feb 2009 from SBI branch – Kottar, Nagercoil, TamilNadu, Kanyakumari Dist.I have been paying the EMI till date without any failure.

I had send a registered post requesting for the provisional statement to the bank manager 2weeks back, for the financial year march 2009 - Apr 2010.But he has not responded to it till now.

When I had asked for the provisional statement directly to the bank, they said that the bank manager is on leave and there is no authorized person to issue the
Provisional statement until the manager comes back from his vacation, which is after the cutoff date of submitting my investment proofs in my company.

Kindly consider this as an urgent issue and take necessary steps, as I will not be able to claim my tax exemption without the provisional statement.
