2) Today I was told that this amount of 1063/- is related to an overdue amount of March 2008. This is ridiculous. Is ICICI bank so inefficient that it is remembering to collect overdue amounts after 19 months ??? This is a clear fraud by ICICI bank!!!

And even if it is related to an overdue amount then how come I was informed about this in advance before deducting such an amount from my account.

I am surprised at the low level of service provided by ICICI bank

When are we planning to give online facility for home loans FROM ICICI so that we can manage it ourself. HDFC bank has already provided to its customers. Any idea when ICICI bank will provide and come up with such facility.

Many of my friends switched and planning to switch to HDFC because of this great facility they have provided.
