Dear Sir,

I have taken Home Loan from HDFC in 2002-2003 on account no. 240577703.
The interest has gone drastically up during year 2004 to 2008 to 15%, after 2008 the interest rate fall down to 9%.

As per RBI guideline HDFC should inform customer, but till date I have not received any communication from HDFC change in interest.

Do RBI is having any vigilant body to check this kind of malformed practice of Home finance company?
