Dear Sirs,

I am an existing home loan customer of ICICI Bank. I have taken Home Loan under Flating Rate way back in 2006 when the rate was 8.75% p.a. After that they have been increasing the rate like anything and current it is 11.25%. While they charge 8.25% for the new customers they are charging us still @ 11.25. We have been requesting them to reduce the same by applying the same method i.e. floating rate method they are not listening. Pls help us & reduce our burden.
