For last one month LICHFL (Thane branch) is delaying the disbursement saying there is some system upgrade issue. I fail to understand how some system upgrade can bring the entire operation down by more than a month.
My builder is now asking for huge interest for delay in payment. I am receiving absolutely no information from my agent on this.
There is no regret letter issued either. The contact numbers given in the sight doesn't work.
The letter for overdue interest is putting me under huge mental pressure.
I seek Consumer court's attention to figure out what's going on with LICHFL and how we can get protection from this interest payment with no fault from our side
