The complain is against ING Vysya bank. I have taken home loan from ING Vysya bank in Bangalore. Recently it has come to my knowledge while I was trying to shift my home loan to another bank that my original sale deed which was with ING Vysya bank are lost. To add to my woes the bank has also changed the Foreclosure and Part payment conditions then it was at the time of loan sanction.
I want the bank to restore the original foreclosure and part-payment rules and also pay me compensation for misplacing my original sale deed which has caused devaluation of my property. Please Advice.
