I Completed my loan as on 26th Sept 2009 but the bank is still not able to retrieve my documents and give it back to me. the staff seems helpless and passes all the blame to the outsourced agents. the normal feedback is we are trying our best and we will get back to you in 2 working days but nothing seems to happen and after two days the query gets forwarded to another 2 days.
