This is about the document which my father kept for II mortgage loan in LICHFL. While they reject the application that the eligibility criteria is not satisfactory, he asked to return the document to his Defence office where he availed I mortgage loan. But unfortunately the LICHFL officials replied that the document had been misplaced and will be returned back soon and by the time they allotted double the sum of the loan he required. Even when we closed our entire loan amount by 2006, they had not returned the original document and instead of this they applied for a copy document, and also failing to file any FIR with the police personal also.

so any one please advice in this regard, whether the copy of the document is itself be ok, or any other document in writing should be furnished by them to us.
