Hello,

I have purshased a flat from someone in Pune. They had
Home Loan as well as some personal loan. Because of the
Home Loan the bank had kept the original property paper
for the flat. The personal loans are not collateral
loans. When I purchased the flat the owner cleared the entire
home loan amount. I also have got the registration and
stamp duty done on my name. Now the bank is not
releasing the property paper for the flat because the
owner has personal loans. They have sent that in
collection dept. The owner does not have money to pay
the personal loan.

But I am stuck here. Because I have purshed the flat and
paid the amount to the owner and also I have done the
registration, but still I cannot get the papers. How to
get the papers from the recovery/collection dept?

Also, the owner might go abroad for good anytime now. So
what about my papers in that case?

Any advice would be appreciated. I am really very worried and so are my aged
parents. PLEASE HELP !!!
