HDFC Home loan Processing Fee Complan Dear Sir,
I am a central government employee. Please see my request that I sent letter to HDFc House, Pune and also to Nodal Officer (Mr. N. Mistry), HDFC (Maharashtra & Goa) requesting to Refund of Home Loan Processing Fee (Rs. 12091.00) but not received any reply from Bank so far.
Please suggest me before taking any action. eagerly waiting for your reply.

Dear Sir,
In reference to HDFC IN PRINCIPLE LOAN APPROVAL - File No: 237557369/IB dated 19 May 2009, this is to inform you that I would not be able to avail Home loan from HDFC due to some unavoidable circumstances.
I have received only the In-Principle approval letter and so far no sanction letter has been issued by the bank and no disbursement has been done.
Therefore, I would like to request you to refund the amount of Rs. 12091.00 that was paid by me through cheque to HDFC as processing fee.
The cheque details are as follows:

Amount: Rs. 12,091.00

why is Legala and technical fee non refundable Dear Sir,
i have applied for home loan balance transfer with ING Vysya bank. i was charged with loan processing fee and the loan was not processed because of Legala and technical issue. so my first question here is
when i took my loan intially with GIC housing finance how did i get the loan? how come my apartment was leagal and technical compliant.
Secoondly why should customers pay for BPS if it is fault of Builder. how do a common man know all the BPS rules and moreover BPS rule came into picture after i purchased the house.
fine i am ok if my loan transfer to other bank is not processed but the why do i need to pay for processing fee if the loan is not processed at all.

I have applied for home loan balance transfer at ing Vysya bank. Currently my home loan is with GIC housing finance i.e of 13,00000/-. In order to merge my home loan and my ING vysya’s personal loan # 7000PL913459 of 300000/-, I applied for a home loan balance transfer with top up so as to close the personal loan and consolidate the entire thing as a home loan at ING. For this process I was charged 5515/- Rs but the loan is not processed because of some legal and technical obligations. I have written a letter to the manager for retrieval of the processing fee as BT of my loan didn’t happened but still there is no action taken on it. Could you please get me the money refund as I was told that I will be charged only if the balance Transfer is processed.

Non refund of Processing Fee by HDFC Bank We applied for Loan against property to HDFC Bank but they have not communicated final approval of loan. In the process they have recovered processing fee of Rs. 5.50 lacs. We are chasing up with them for refund.

Urgent Home loan file No: 601041842 Hi To whosoever it may concern,
This is to inform you that home loan file no. 601041842 has been registered in your bank in which Rs.10 LK was requested but only Rs.6 LK is approved just because of the reason that my salary slip states that I am into my provision for 'Muthoot Fincorp.
This is to bring under your kind notice that as per my company’s policy no one in termed as permanent employee in the entire north zone irrespective of how many years the person had spent and I am with this organization with more than one year and holding Training officer’s designation which is not less than a reliable resource.
Also I would like to say you that my wife who is primary holder under this deal is having her salary account with your bank from more than 4 years along with that we have been issued with two credit cards as well whose history has been maintained very well.
Request you to please look into the matter if the entire amount of Rs 10Lk can be issued or else it is of no use for us.
If the entire amount cannot be sanctioned request you to please return back the processing fees of Rs. 5,515 which has been already withdrawn under cheque no.107049

Missing of my life insurance policy of LIC mortaged to HDFC Bhilai Branch, due to improper handling ref file no. 589206 ( against home extension loan )
Sir,
I wish to draw your kind attention to the level of services offered to me against my lost insurance policy of LIC mortgaged to HDFC bank, Bhilai Branch, against home extension loan.
It put to me on a higher disappointment when i visited to the branch head Mr. Nishikant Panday and relevant associates for many times and requested to prepare a duplicate policy at earliest, that had matured on 28/02/2012 . But the cold and flat reply further discouraged me. it led me to place a level 1 grievance.

HL File no- 604845812 - PNO-0612-617-VA 1 This is quite disappointing that despite that my housing loan did not get approve and as per the guidelines the processing fee cheque should not have ideally hit my account but the same was been debited from my account.
Now iam running from pillar to post for the refund, the relationship manger pankaj garg assured me and i kept on waiting but still the balance Rs 1500 has not been credited to my account.
This service was not expected from an esteem institution like HDFC. In case i do not get the confirmation from your end by eod , i will be forced to take the same to the banking ombudsman.
