Hi,

This is my complaint against CIBIL.

2 Years back i am using the credit card of Barclays bank. Then I went to US and when i came back they have added some irrelevant changes on my credit card while already i have places a request to close the card. But they Did not closed ir. Then i asked them to done the settlement so I give him the amount which is told by them and they give me no due certificate. But still When i applying for a loan it is displaying that your name is coming in cibil.
So please suggest me what should i do now because i am no able to take that loan

I (PRADEEP KUMAR) my D.O.B:05/04/1979, PAN No.AYDPK7047C, ADDRESS. H NO 38, VILL KAMI ,DISTT SONIPAT,HARYANA, 131001, INDIA .mobile no.9540581919.I Applied for car loan in STATE BANK OF INDIA , VIJAY NAGAR BRANCH NEW DELHI. They had taken my name CIBIL report but in that report reflecting CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OVERDUE AMMOUNT IS more then RS. 6,00,000\- written off but i have no any CREDIT CARD conformal for any bank.But for cibil report they not disclose any credit card no and name of the banks to issuer the credit card.And my name is also reflect as a granter some one taking a lone (business lone) for amount 4.20,000/- on 20/03/2002 . but cibil report they not disclose the Name , address for the persons how take a business lone and also not disclose which bank is issue this business lone .In my past i have not taking any lone and also i am not a granter for any lone for any bank.So irequest to cibil to please provide me the full details for that person how is use the credit cards and business lone. he has been instrumental in correcting cibil records in 3 months time by using his technolegal expertise. Against SBI credit card no.4006661017173555-619 and 4006661017173563-215. SBI has wrongly shown balance of Rs.19709 against me.Due to.this cibil report a bank has denied education loan of my daughter which is most urgent. I am trying with SBI to remove this undue amount against me. SBI has also send me a e-mail on 28-10-11 that there is no dues against me. But SBI is still not clear my cibil report which has created education loan problem to me. My address is ANil Mehrotra E-5/37, Rajajipuram, Lucknow. PAN NO. ACCPM4064A.mobile no. 8795811112. I am complaining to SBI services in written and through e-mail to services.sbicard@ge.com since 18-10-2011. Pl. treat this most urgent and help me.
