At the time of providing loan the bank doesn't give proper information even if you asked anything they give wrong or manipulated answer and after taking loan if you faced the problem they tell it is just miscommunication.
I have taken loan 1 yr back and when the time has come to get benifited for IT, I came to know that since property is on my father's name and I am just borrower, so i cannot get benifitted.

While at the time of providing loan they said you are primary borrower. you will get 100% IT benifit.
you can take loan on behalf of your father's property. they have to just sell their scheme for this they can reach at any point.
They totally misguide to customer and customer is helpless to do anything. It is really disappointed and i am feeling bad.

let me know is there any process by which i can get IT benifitted or should i withdraw the loan and should not any deal with HDFC in future? or there is any other way
