Sir,
I had purchased Kurl -on Mattress from Ajmer(Rajasthan) Dealer (Address Sindh Furniture House, Kutchery Road,Ajmer.).
(Price=Rs.4000/-)
At the time of purchase, it was told that in case of defect, it will be changed on the same day.
The mattress got flattened with 2 weeks here and there and then we made a compliant at the Dealer shop to get it changed.
As there was no response of the complain made at the Dealer Shop, we kept on running it. After one visit, we are told company person has to come and inspect and then only they will change the mattress. And till date no one has come from the company and inspected.
After no. of calls at dealer shop, there is no response.
Kindly Help us as we have made payment and did not get good material.

I Bought a kurl on mattress from Shagun decor Jaipur. the mattress has got deformed in less than one year.After a no. of complains to dealer and the Kurl on limited no one has even cared to come and inspect the defective mattress. All these people keep on lying and haven't attended the problem.really Pathetic.

i purchased 2 kurlon matress on 25th may .After 2 months of its use ,it lost its fluffyness .So as per ur guarentee on matress we complained ur dealer .but no action has been taken yet.

i have purchased two kurl-on klassic mattress 75x36x5 from your dealer virendra &co."interiors" 7-D Astley hall Dehradun-248001 on 09/07/2009 vide cash memo no. 6738.Product code no.is K57 and K63.After six month mattress got compressed in middle and we are suffering backache.On 3rd April I was complained to dealer he seen and measured about 18-20 mm compressed and says within 15days company man will see and mattress will be changed but till date no action has been taken please take action earliest.

I HAVE PURCHASED TWO NEW MATRESSES FROM ONE OF THE AUTHORISED DEALER IN VADODARA GUJARAT IN jAN 2010 WITHIN SIX MONTH OF PURCHASE THE MATRESS IS BROKEN FROM THE CENTER.
SO I LODGE MY COMPLAINT WITH COMPANY, COMPANY HAS ALSO ACCEPTED ABOUT MANUFACTURING DEFECT OF THE PRODUCT IN NOV 2010 AND PROMISED ME TO REPLACE THE SAME.

We purchased the Kurl-on ACD Technology Klassic mattresses and with in 10 days of purchase the mattresses became so soft and we are having back aches. we complained to the dealer but he didn't respond we are suffering from then after spending 10,000/-. The Kurl-on people never cared to inspect or find the fault. I am still having the cash voucher with me. We are 50 above people and we need hard surfaced mattress to comfort our backs.
