Dear Sir

I bought 14 boxes(2 tiles in 1 box ) of floor tiles(Johnson tiles - Worth
18500Rs) and had given the contract to paste those tiles. Out of the 14
boxes 6 boxes were of different shades. The person who put the tiles wasnt
able to recognize it and he pasted them all. When we came back and saw the
tiles, we could recognize the fault and complained to the company.

Now the company says that they cannot do anything once the tiles have been
pasted, as a token they would replace only one box. I would like to register
a complaint against Johnson tiles.

Please guide.
