We had placed an order to make a wall unit with a specification to accommodate our 29 inch TV. On 5th December 2004, their representative Mr. Nadeem came to our residence for measurement and collected an advance of Rs2000/-. They promised to deliver within 2 days. The wall unit lying at our home is useless for us thus a loss of Rs8,000/- We are mentally & physically disturbed making follow-ups.
